How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of R85. We offer free shipping on orders of over R1000.

Can I collect my order?

If you’re a Pietermaritzburg local, you’re welcome to make an arrangement to collect your order from us.

Do you ship to my area?

We ship nationwide! Wherever you are in South Africa we will endeavour to get your goodies delivered to you via a courier partner.

How soon will my parcel be dispatched?

We want you and your cat to enjoy our toys as soon as possible! We generally ship all parcels within two to three working days of a confirmed order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We have partnered with secure online paygate PayFast for card payments and we also accept direct bank transfer (EFT) payments.

Where else can I find Feline Fun Factory Toys?

Can’t shop directly with us online? Ask your local vet shop to contact us with regards to stocking our range of toys.
